I purchased an acer laptop through a centre com price match at office works on the 30th of June. I took it home to find it has a slightly different model number on the box. Checked the website and both models have the same cashback amount of $49. Rang up the cash back line and spoke to someone overseas who may have said go back to the store and see if you can get the receipt fixed although it was hard to understand him so he may not have said that.
Went back to office works and they said they can't change anything as it scans up differently on their system.
Anybody think it's going to be a problem getting a cash back?
Any advice?
