Hoyts Kiosk customer line feedback + experience

I followed ozbargain style renting DVDs from Hoyts Kiosk on Wednesday using the PROMO code with a different credit card for 3 times.

Anyway, I called up their 1300 numnber today because there is an error for one of their DVD and not watchable on my pc

The operator on the phone first asked about the DVD and then mention about they will fix their problem. You would expect they find a replacement for you.

The operator have another issue on their mind and mention 'YOU ARE TRYING TO ABUSE THE PROMO CODE AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE ONE DVD PER CUSTOMER. WE MAY PUT A BLACK LIST OR TO STOP YOU IF YOU KEEP ON DOING THIS'

Firstly I do not understand why the hell the bad customer service come from. I then think it is because of I get 3 DVDs already and they are not happy about it using the code.

I hanged up the phone and might just ignore and might just keep doing it.

What do everyone think? Should we put some cautious using the code?

    I agree with the operator on this one. You got 3 free DVD rentals, one didn't work, you lost nothing. I think you need to let it go.
