Trying to find somewhere to get gluten free flour with xanthan gum already in it (so it acts like normal flour).

ALDI sells gluten free flour? You're blowing my mind, man.
Woolworths/Safeway have Gluten Free Flour also, Macro brand and White Wings
there are a lot of good Gluten free recipe books out there… i am a chef and make gluten free cakes where i work. I still make the cake the same way just add the gluten free flour instead of the normal… havent had any bad results yet.
i only use the xantham powder when making gluten free pastry.
