Torch for around $20-$30

Can anyone here suggest me a bright torch that is around the $20-30 mark. It would be nice if it could have good distance and a little bit of "spread" I was looking on deals extreme but there is so many. Any suggestions welcome

    Check previous ozbagain deals. I have bought a few (all less then $15) and am very happy with them.

    A Cree torch.
    We just bought one a "cree xml t6 torch" 1600LM Zoomable LED Flashlight Charger from bang good for $20.00 posted, there are other models.
    Size: 195mm, very lightweight, comes with charger etc.

    Have never had such a bright light before, its an amazing torch, can highly recommend them
    also they are listed on ebay
