I think I had the previous generation. Not a bad product, but couldn't keep as cool during a long drive from Sydney to Adelaide in summer. The boot was quite warm… The problem was also the unit itself gives off warm air, so the ambient temp stays high and will need ice packs inside the cooler to help. Maybe mine didn't get as much as a 30 degree differential? I like how you could just take it out and then plug it into the wall at a hotel/motel as a fridge.
