Hmm not sure if these are a good deal. Great way to give yourself a flat battery IMO.
Compressor fridges are the only way to fly, its that or an esky.

Its also 20% off on the cdf35 at supercheap. they arent bad really. I have a CDF45 and its a fine fridge.
No raging bargain though at over $500.
I got my CDF45 for $400 a few years ago from supercheap. They were on clearance for $550, I talked to the manager and told him that he needed this stock sold more than I needed it bought. And $400 was the price.
Apparently these only run on the heat setting in Texas.
I think I had the previous generation. Not a bad product, but couldn't keep as cool during a long drive from Sydney to Adelaide in summer. The boot was quite warm… The problem was also the unit itself gives off warm air, so the ambient temp stays high and will need ice packs inside the cooler to help. Maybe mine didn't get as much as a 30 degree differential? I like how you could just take it out and then plug it into the wall at a hotel/motel as a fridge.
