Cheap boxing bag and stand?

hey guys, i'm wanting to put up a boxing bag stand in my garage. does anyone know where i could buy one cheaply?

is Rebel Sport a good place to go?

I ordered a bag from eBay and filled with sand. Them just hang from ceiling beams.

Big W, usually on sale $100-$200 last one I bought had bag elastic tie (stops from swinging) and speedball
