    I actually lost 5kgs over the course of a few months - its actually a good way to do exercises and the games are quite fun as well.
    Its like anything - you only get out what you put into it

      5kgs over a few months could be lost by simply eating a different diet. That's nothing spectacular. You wouldn't even need to exercise to loose that (aside from an ordinary day at the office or whatever).

      Hell even a really bad 2 week flu would give you that result as well.

      The WiiFit is really just a novelty device with fitness as a marketing gimmick.
