The Lifeproof case is only $58 from Harvey Norman.
It seems to be out of stock in a lot of places but with the $5 coupon for signing up to their email you can get if for $53 or $58.95 delivered.
I think this is a decent price, and I hope it is because I just bought one…

Why would you buy a lifeproof case if you will keep the phone for 3-4 years max
in case you're too clumsy, you drop your phone in the loo often?
I've dropped my samsung galaxy s2 at least a dozen times and it's still fine.
I guess I'd be paranoid about dropping my phone if it was rigid and glassy though.

i got one last time, handy for when out hiking (last time I went I discovered a pool of water in the tent, right where I left my wallet, phone and keys)
Daily use with this case is somewhat limiting; the plastic screen protector scratches easily, also doesnt sit flush with the screen which makes the phone less responsive to touch. The cover itself is sturdy enough and would protect your phone, the problem i see is that the material is hard plastic that has no grip, so I tend to drop it more often than my previous rubberised cover.
Thats my 2 cents, i recommend giving this case a miss (and if you go camping to put your phone in a zip-lock instead :P)
This case is good if u want to facetime under water or on the beach.
I chose this case over underwater camera.
You can order from Harvey and pick up from your local store (just need to wait a bit for stock to come) unless u go to store that have stock available.
