4c or 8c/10c Fuel Voucher?

hi guys

just wondering if coles/wooly will accept competitors' fuel voucher?
eg if i have coles's 4c fuel voucher, and i bring it to wooly and will they accept it?

    Think about it. You shopped at the major competitor and would now like them to reward you for doing so. Not gunna happen.

    But you should give it a go! You should also take a $2 Whopper voucher to Maccas and see if they'll honour that.

    I don't think you'll get any sucess with the attempt. As far as I know all of the vouchers are automated on the barcode produced and I doubt that the stores can read each other's barcodes.

    It's a fair question to ask. In the past the major supermarkets have occasionally matched the one off coupons printed in the daily newspapers from time to time. This is a similar situation but I don't like your chances of success.
