Easily Surgeon sim is a Qwop like version surgeon sim where as Trauma center has plot depth and is challenging because of the gameplay and not becuase it's difficult on purpose controls.
that being said I haven't played Surgeon sim and am just basing this on the fact it's the Qwop of surgery.

you should also consider picking up the DS remake for the Wii of the first game titled

Already grabbed Trauma team but have yet to play it yet No pal version so get to hacking your wii if you wanna play.
If theres a game that makes use of the wii remote better I haven't seen it also be prepared for some tired arms near the end lol.
