They will give you flybuy point rather than voucher. You can check your flybuy account online to redeem the point into dollars.

The conversion rate is $10 per 2000 points, as each survey worth 1000 pts.

  • Well I did the survey twice, I received my points hence points can only be once per month, just don't know where the voucher is? Did both surveys same time, could this be the reason?

It's possible that doing two surveys close together with the same details confused the system. It's also possible that the coupon was blocked as spam by your ISP or network.

I've had problems getting the coupons occasionally and I've used the Coles contact us feedback form to contact the Tell Coles team. Each time I've had a personal email reply from a member of the Tell Coles team with a pdf voucher attached to the email.

You also have the facility to download the voucher directly in your web browser instead of waiting for an email. Are you able to bring up the history of web pages in your browser? Try to find the page with the options of how to receive the voucher and try choosing the download option rather than the email option. I don't actually know if this will work.

  • Are you sure you're allowed to double-dip (ie, get both the voucher and points?)

When you can get a $5 voucher (on the bottom of the docket)off a $30 spend, simply by spending more than $30 the previous time, having to spend $100 to use the one you're referring to seems like a hard way of gaining a $5 discount anyway.

      Wait, what?

      • The $5 discount for a $30 spend sounds like a docket deal. These docket deals are targeted to specific flybuys members. If you got a docket deal for $5 off when only spending $30 then your average weekly spend would probably be less than $30 and they are trying to get you to spend more each week or spend $30 more often than you have been.

I used to use the $5 tell coles vouchers for $100 purchases but I could only afford to do this once a month. Flybuys started sending me targeted offers where I had to spend over $100 to get any reward from them and they wanted me to do this either every week or every second week which was really difficult. I eventually gave up using the tell coles vouchers and eventually the target for my targeted offers fell under $100 and I was able to take them up more often for a lower target spend.

I was quite happy when they brought in the 1000 points reward for doing the tell coles surveys. Finally, I could actually get some benefit again for doing the surveys.

If I was to sum up this long post in a few words it would be:
          spend less, get more rewards.

          Does anyone agree?

        • combine with ING 5%…

Oh ok, I must have been lucky so far then. I guess I'll just enjoy the discounts while they last (and keep spending small amounts lol)
