Can anyone see their previous orders on the dse website?
had to reset password at their request, but now no previous data included.

Same here, no previous orders, had to reset password. Worse still, recent order is not recorded in the order history, no confirmation for new orders, and DSE claim that payment is 'pending' even though PayPal receipt was received.
Others also have had issues with orders from last week. The common pattern seems to be orders paid via PayPal.

If you haven't ordered anything, I suggest not to until they've sorted out the technical issues.
