        It does, he must be getting cheap digital copies somehow and sharing them among two accounts to maximize profit. It's illegal but if people are willing to do that then it's their problem.

  American copies of this are 59.95, share it between two people and you get 30$. If you have a mate you want to share with you can buy it for 30$ too.
