Why are my searches suddenly going through Yahoo and how do I get back to chrome and google?

I just want to use chrome and google as it's slowed right down since it started searching via yahoo and I don't like it. Any help plse? cheers

    Go into settings in chrome and set Google as default.

      No, you just click the little icon in the top right corner and you should see settings near the bottom of the drop-down menu.

    Did you install the Qantas toolbar by any chance…

    YES, I did install the QF toolbar. Shall uninstall, if not already. It was running really slow and I was quite concerned. Thanks
