  I don't think this is very effective way. Alot of people plan their dinners. You simply can't advertise deals a few hours earlier and hope people will show up.

  Come on 24 hour notice.

  True you don't have to finish the pizzas in one go.. Put it in the fridge.. The next day just add a little water on the pizza wack it inside the microwave and it taste almost as fresh as it came out of the oven.

      Signed up to change your life. Place two transecting bamboo skewers across the plate rim, pizza on top. The elevated pizza platform eliminates sweating and allows for even heating.

        Neat, I'll give that a try next time. You might have made my year. :)

        I keep juggling between my mini convection oven with wire-grill tray and the microwave to find the right balance between a non-soggy crust but well-heated insides. I haven't tried microwaving an elevated pizza yet. Paper towels only do so much too!
