different doesn't necessarily mean bad…
most reviews seem good, even though they're no longer being made
of course any company will try and defend its turf… I doubt there is anything different or wrong with the 1-day product
Sure, but I would not like to see Australians loosing their jobs.
"The Huggies® Team here in Australia takes considerable care to design our nappies so as to meet the needs of parents and bubs in Australia."
I didn't realise the babies are different depending on region! Having one of my own, I can at least guarantee that they haven't been censored in any way…
I can't comment on the uk ones, but the huggies in Hong Kong are certainly different and inferior to the huggies in Australia. Much thinner. No differentiation between boys and girls etc
The thinner ones are perfectly fine to use during the day, just use the thicker Australian ones at night if you are worried about leakage.
Agree that they are ok during the day, and yes there is often leakage overnight (which did not occur with oz ones). Just want others to be aware that they may not be comparing apples with apples when buying overseas huggies nappies vs australian
I bought Huggies newborns about 2yrs ago from COTD (or similar site) and they were made in Indonesia. Talk about crap!
I had no idea at the time that they were different quality to the Aus ones. The ones made in Australia are pretty damn good. However, nothing beats Baby Dry Pampers from UK.
Talk about crap!
literally !!!
Youd better add the $8.99 shipping to your calculation too, not nearly as attractive
true, but still cheaper than http://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/mynappies.com.au :)
I seem to be having problems creating an account. Seems like it's locked to New Zealand.
I saw these on sale at priceline about 5 months ago. Thought that they were made in the UK they were ok.
Talk about crap! My kid had nappy rash and they kept leaking. I went to get a refund on the other boxes.
Save yourself the hassle of international nappies: use cheap Aldi ones during the day and 1 good Huggies per night.
That's what I've been doing too
