Will Jobe Watson lose his Brownlow ???
yes he probably will. Congrats Sam Mitchell & Trent Cotchin.
You still haven't sorted out the postage problem on your site…
We have notified Couriers Please about it, and they keep saying due to the large weights that the numbers are correct.
We are currently looking at other freight opportunities as we find it unexceptable as well.
It seems to really only come into effect when ordering multiple of the larger/heavier items.
If you do need to order multiple of something, please send us an email and I will arrange a manual freight charge for you.
Cheers mate.

due to the large weights that the numbers are correct.
how can they deliver one bag for $7.25 and 2 bags for $21.28 ?
so they prefer to deliver each bag to me separately with 2 deliveries ??
tell them they are morons…
Ironically that was basically the exact wording of what I said.
From the little bit or research I have since done, anything over 20kg becomes OH&S issues.
I think that is why extra costs happen.
I 100000% agree tho, it is insane.. especially if I enter the exact order x 2 it is only $14.50
as I said, we were not too impressed either.
"anything over 20kg becomes OH&S issues."
I don't think that is the problem unless they are considering 2 bags as one item. If there is a nominal 20KG limit before there are OH&S concerns, that would only apply if any one or more bags were over 20KG.
Hi mate,
I certainly dont claim to have the answers, It was just something that I heard about that helped try and make sense of this silly calculation.
As our freight calc is directly linked with the freight companies, we can not control how they or what number they give us.
As you may or may not have read above, we are trying to find another solution for our freight.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Can we pick up in Moorabbin?
Hi Rocket,
Generally we have no pick ups, if you send us an email we might be able to arrange something for you.
Please send us an email and we can see what we can do.
Cheers,

Black hawk. 20kg great price. Postage $34 killer
Sorry mate.. We charge exactly what the freight companies charge.
We try to give options as the price varies from location to location.
Hopefully we can provide you with a good deal in the future.
Cheers
