Hey everyone have recently got a 28 degrees card. Mainly want to use it for withdrawin $$$$ overseas.

There are several old threads about this card. You might want to find them to read all the tips rather than hope people will repost the information.
Deposit your own money into the card (B-pay does take a few days to account for that) then pull it out….IF you pull out more than what you deposit then you are in for extortionate interest on the amount that you have overdrawn by.

definitely, but mind you i have used it in Palestine, Georgia, Dubai, Phnom Penh and Honiara this year and they didn't even question it. Which is somewhat concerning :)
Thats good 2 hear. Going west africa hopefully I wont get hassels if something happens
a simple phone call now, may save you much pain. While its unlikely to be a problem, its just good sense to make the call, as being caught in the wilds of Africa, when something triggers a security alert can be a little troublesome. It only takes 10 minutes to call now.
Yeah, tell them your destinations. Especially since Nigeria is a hotbed of scammers, they might suspect your card got hijacked.
Yea, just deposit your own money onto it and then withdraw while you're overseas.
