Hi, where's the cheapest price Note 2 with Samsung Australia warranty?
Cheapest I could find till now was Harvey Norman @ $618. What realistic bargain price would I offer to HN?

Vaya has been selling Note 2 4g Australian stock for $500 including shipping for some time. I bought from them couple of weeks ago.
But as far as I know, you need to order their sim card and activate it before you get access to this offer - I was already with Vaya so I did not have to go through any extra steps.
Or you could find a friend who is with Vaya and see if he could order it for you.
Vaya's after sales service is pretty bad - as I experienced it first hand because of some billing issues.
I looked for note 2 and S4 prices online as I'm not sure what's the best deal at the moment.
Hopefully, these price listing may help someone in the same situation.
