Hi all, I'm very new to this site and from what I've seen, it looks fantastic. It seems I missed out on a great deal on portable storage hard drives though. the 750gb for $20. Please delete this if it's not right to ask, but I was wondering if anyone happened to buy any surplus, and whether I could buy one from them. Please let me know, as I'm travelling soon, and it will come in very handy. Cheers

Welcome to Ozbargain! As mentioned above there was only very limited stock so I doubt many of us bought them. If someone had one to sell they would most likely be Brodened for a profit.
But hang in there, there are always good hard drive deals being posted on here.
I'm sure anyone who got any surplus $20 500Gb hard dives will make them availble for all on Ebay soon enough.
Seriously though this was a very limited item, I think you'll struggle to find many people here that actually got their hands on any. I tried and failed.
Same same. The store I went to just gave me a blank "non comprende" look when I had the temerity to ask if they had one of the 500Gb's for $20.

I doubt anyone would sell it for $20. If you read the thread, there was very limited stock and only at a few stores.
