Seems like a pretty good deal for this high end steam station iron.
RRP is $550.
Appliance online has it for $419.
I believe its free delivery. Does not state it on website, but when doing a delivery estimate to Melbourne, it was free.

Good price, about $391+ elsewhere. And that name.. "Pro Express Turbo" - how could one resist?

    • Nah its not 'deluxe' or 'limited' enough for me…

  • $299 for an iron? Will it do the ironing for me?

No, but there is a model that can, it's called "a wife".

OK $299 is definitely a bargain.

I bought this at $341 from binglee at start of this year, yeah so a bargain.
I did a lot of research on these types of irons about 6 months ago. There are many claims that it halves ironing time and after buying this exact same model for my wife 6 months ago, I can say it is true and she loves me for it. I highly recommend these irons, although expensive, you only need to iron 1 side of clothing no more both sides, so halving your ironing time.

  • I've got this model. It is a bloody good iron. I feel intellectually superior when using it. This translates into better ironed clothes.

I think I maybe paid twice that… in 2011. sob

Amazon Germany. Not as cheap, but seems to be the same model perhaps with a different model designation for overseas (GV8461). $320 delivered (German tax is deducted at checkout).

All you'll need is a travel adaptor in the wall to run it here since the Germans use the same voltage we do. Might be worth a look if Bing Lee run out.

Still, it's expensive for an iron isn't it.

  • it looks like an experimental from Supreme Commander
