Incorrect charged from Tmart - dispute in PayPal?

Hi guys,

This morning I received a promotion email from Tmart with coupon code, placed an order for a "Dumpling Empanada Maker" @1.99 with coupon code, jumped to paypal page, put in the coupon code, the page showed the discounted price at $2.15, coz it's just 0.16c different so I don't bother and I process to next page… shipping is free and didn't notice other unusual thing. However, at the end I got charged full price $4.17.

It is a small amount but I still feel this is not right so spoke to tmart customer service online…the guy even ask me for a screenshot… holy crxp this is not helpful.

In this case can I dispute the payment in paypal or there is other better way?

    MemE, no the rep wasn't ask for screenshot of the email, but the screenshot after I applied the coupon code >__<' !!!

    just lodge a paypal claim in a week and say it never arrived. teach those jerks to stop being jerks

    Yes, they are jerk! Don't understand how difficult for them to honor the offer and keep their customer happy. If they can offer me 200 points as compensation(which worth $0.5) why not refund me the different?!

    The point is that I did put in the offer code! It was their system false not mine!!

      yes, as international mail from china would take up to 3 weeks to arrive to australia
