    Yeah I use that site and it says its working, but at home and at work and for friends in differnet sattes with different ISP's the sites wont load.
    Really weird.
    different ISP's and browsers… seems like the eBay mobile app has no issue. just home and work connections do..
    What ISP are you using?

      so yours actually loaded? me and two thers have been waiting for a response when loading the pages for all the sites mentioned above for at least 40 mins

  Sometimes this happens to me too. Not sure why. The other day, I couldn't get to godaddy.com but I could access other sites, like OZB. :) I could access godaddy.com using my mobile though, so I guess it was an issue at my end.

  I just rebooted my computer and router and everything works fine again.

  you can also use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check the status of pages. Although its identical to what greenpossum suggested.
