Common application for tourist visiting AUS and NZ

Hi all,

Just wondering if there are any specific arrangements for someone to apply (from India) for tourist visa for both AUS and NZ at the same time (save some time and Money).

I am citizen of Aus so i can go fine, but i've family vising from India and they want to visit NZ on their visit to AUS as well for week….I've been given task to find out how this can be done…can't find something specific on google..may be if someone has done something in past or pls guide me where to get the information….

I am hoping there could be easier way than applying for tourist visa for AUS and NZ separately….

    NZ isn't a state of Australia yet, so 2 separate applications one would think.

    They have to apply for AU and NZ visa separatly
    They might have to apply for a multiple visa for AU if they intend to visit in AU again after visiting NZ.

    What ever you do keep in view the above remark. Also my understanding is that Indian passport holder has visa on arrival in NZ. You may investigate this option.

    Why would you think that there could be a 'combined' application for NZ and Oz? Surely you realise that they are 2 separate countries? It is 100% certain that 2 discrete visa applications will be required.

    Just got the visa for my family too last month. You would need to apply for both the visa's separately.

    There is no visa on arrival for nz. It has to be applied before hand and takes about 10 days to arrive (When applied in india) . But you can actually save money by applying together for a couple in the same application.
