Saw this in the window and since its a second hand dealer I thought I asked them how they can sell it since you are buying extended warranty and it would be assigned to a Mac if second hand. They said its unsold old stock from a previous store and they come in sealed, CEX opens it up to check if the content is still there etc.
They usually retail over $200 AND CEX offer a 12 months warranty on the item itself. I am not sure if its at other locations or not and the guy behind the counter suggested he has more than a few.
Excellent deal if genuine product.
