Sign up and pay for an event. Say, tough mudder.
No way I'm wasting that money by not being in decent enough shape to complete it.
Aren't Tough Mudda way harder than anything else out there? Maybe our bloke needs a couple of years to build up to this.
Just go to the cinemas and watch Fast 6 and you will come out motivated and keep drinking 2L milk everyday
