I've got one of these cases. After a week's use, I still couldn't get it to fold flushed with the phone, so I ended up going for a more conventional bumper case.
Quite a few 1 star reviews on Amazon to back up your case.

Doesn't sound like a very good quality case or design.
Case itself won't absorb much shock if it drops.
I went for this un-official SView case which has a magnetic clasp holding it closed and doesn’t replace the phone back. It does increase the depth of the phone but i needed a removable case so I could remove it for mounting in the car.
Was about $10 AU delivered. SView works really well.

Problem with going with genuine is that….. you might get a good one or a bad one. So in the end it may be more expensive than simply getting a genuine one.
I've seen reports on the web that some of the aftermarket ones contain too strong of a magnet so it puts S-View screen on when you fold the cover to the back.
Some people got it from the same eBay seller same item, and have this issue.
