Reliable Australian Drupal WebHosting?

Hi all,

Just had a server that was being poorly managed (by someone in my organisation, not by a data centre) be hacked to death and so am sick of running our company's own web server for the sake of 3-4 websites. Want to move to a host as soon as I can so as to be able to enjoy smashing the server to little pieces in return for it allowing hackers in.

As I say, 3-4 websites, all in Drupal. Want Australia based and reliability, they're probably mid-range in terms of their needs, wouldn't get as many hits as ozbargain for example.

Suggestions?

    The problem with Drupal is that it's a complicated piece of software and might require constant patch and upgrades. If you are looking for just a hosting provider to give you a platform and you'll manage your own Drupal installation, I think there might be many that can do it. Go for one that does managed VPS for example.

    However if you are looking for a managed Drupal platform, you can either:

    They're UK-based but speed never been bad when I've checked from here (I use CloudFlare CDN in front of them anyway, which also reduces any attack vectors and chances of DDOS which you may find handy). Their standard hosting is £2.99pm (so $5 or so) and lets you have four hosts so would is ideally suited to your needs. Lots of 'one-click' installs available - Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla etc.
