We have the same included value ($70 call/text, 100Mb data) but mine is a $19 plan taken last year. Never exceeded my plan allowance so far.
What you mentioned is still a good deal if you do not have the money to pay for a phone outright.
If the plan works for you and you want the go cam then it seems like a good deal.
The cheapest Xperia go on ebay is $199 & the cheapest action cam is $229. So you make back a fair chunk of your $600.
If you don't want the action cam buy the Go on ebay and get redbull mobile or similar, you get a lot more in the plan.
