I am disappointed with federal and state governments to withdrawn solar energy hot water and electricity subsidies. They are no longer attractive savings now (takes 5-6 years to pay off the solar hot water system).
I wonder any deals outside, maybe group buys to save money and environment.
I am in Queensland but sure it would be good for others in other states as well.
Cheers :-)

I got emailed this from Get-Up yesterday: http://au.sungevity.org/getup?t=dXNlcmlkPTE3ODg1OCxlbWFpbGlk…
In short, a lease from Sunjevity with no upfront fees. The deal requires some proper scrunity that I am yet to do yet, they do online quotations though, so it couldn't hurt for us to add to a comparison list.
Also, an article on grid feed solar systems from a guy who doesn't think they make economic sense: http://www.tasmanenergy.com.au/grid_feed_solar.html. I guess if you live in a area where they burn fossil fuel for electricity you might be purely motivated by the environental benefit.
