I have actually, was a bit surprised when I got my sample for a Ronnie Coleman pre workout.. That said, I have yet to try it, I really should get around to that.
I've received at least half of them that I applied for. Got samples from Ronnie Coleman, Bulk Powders, Bioflex, Power Chews, Protein-4-All and some others that I can't remember.

forget which one, but received a bunch of goodies.
although i dont think i actually tied any. but they did arrive :)
but only that one, no others ever have
