I want to buy a 4G phone but it seems the only ones that are available in 4G network are basically almost all 'Touchscreen' phones. I hate touchscreen because i'm not used to it. i'd rather the normal bar phone or qwerty keyboard phones. is there any out there that aren't 'touchscreen' running 4G network? much appreciated

Just curious.. What exactly are you going to do with 4G on a non-touch screen phone? Most non-touch screen phones are not smart phones and aint good for browsing.. unless you are planning to use tethering on it?
Yeah, I can't imagine browsing the web without a touchscreen. It'd take forever to navigate just using a 4-way DPAD.
I don't think the OP is aware that 4G is solely data, not phone calls.
I suspect BlackBerry is the only make that will be making 4G non-touchscreen phones for a while. Check out the Q10:

Sorry, I meant to edit it to say 4G phones with tactile keys.
It sure does use touch to navigate, but the majority of data input (text, numbers etc) is done, or can be done, using the keyboard - which I suspect is what the OP is after.
I held off getting a touchscreen phone because I wasn't used to it.
But then I got one and got used to it.
True story.Technologys getting bigger and the brick Smartphone zombie flavors outnumber the smaller Dumbphone models. Next year, we will need quick, retro button style (NOT Touchscreen) mobile phones, 4G capable, for our jobs. Both phones req'd must be as small and as durable as a 6230i Nokia, with all the same functions. We all know 2G will soon disappear or just be limited to main cities, if anyone knows of a company inventing a 4G, NON-Touchscreen, physical keypad button style dumb-small phone please drop a URL here, we'll check every few months to see whats available. Thankyou.
I have the blackberry Q10 and love it,I have had mine now 2 years and love the querty keyboard, very easy to type and the touch screen is very easy to use. The battery life is amazing, you can add apps from anywhere and it is like building your own phone. I have dropped the phone so many times and never damaged or cracked the screeen.

And if you haven't worked out already, all of them are touchscreen smartphones, and fairly high end ones at that.
It's not likely a feature phone will have 4G feature since their CPU and memory is not fast enough to handle the 4g downstream speeds.
