  • Hey OP, it doesnt seem to work? Nothing is getting reduced when i put it in.

    • Okay NVM. Maybe there is a minimum spend

      • +1

There shouldn't be a minimum spend or so because I have tried it with a $19-pair of flats and it worked! Hope that helps. ;)

    WaiWai doesn't this work.

  • is this site legit? Are their products real?

I ordered 3 items from this site. They were so POOR QUALITY, POORLY stitched. The order was delivered from a Sydney address after a over a month and half!!!
I ordered 3 different brands, and they were having similar tags… (means they were done by the same tailor). Never ever recommend them. Dont waste your time and dont waste your valuable money!!

    • I ordered 3 different brands, and they were having similar tags… (means they were done by the same tailor).

What were the "brands". Does it appear that they were counterfeits, with the labels of the "brands" added-on in order to fake authenticity?

      • yeah I guess they were counterfeits…

        • yeah I guess they were counterfeits…

          Perhaps.

Your not answering direct questions does not add anything to your credibility.

Thanks for your sharing and information, was about to order something but I am happy to save some trouble now

  • Hi OzBargain community,
First of all, thank you for reviewing our site,
We, at MyNetSale take very seriously your concerns about our product and service quality.
Regarding the Coupon Code, let me inform you that this code has no minimum spent and you get a 15% discount.
Also, we only uses trusted European suppliers when sourcing all of our designer stock, so for any sub standard items to slip through is very rare and also very regrettable on our part. ‪We definitely stand by all of the beautiful discounted designer items on MYNETSALE being 100% authentic.
Most of our products are being shipped from our Paris office to our office in Sydney where they are dispatched.
For some items, it can take 3 to 4 weeks before you receive it. The delivery time is clearly written on every product page.
As a new business, we are still on learning every day, so will do everything it takes to build sustainable trust with our valued customers!
‪If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected] or use the customer contact page on our site.

Geeze! STOP with the crap! They are not "sub standard items" (as you have repeatedly stated on both Whirlpool and on here). They are counterfeits.

Also, who is this "we" and the "company" you speak of here, and on your site, and on Whirlpool?

"MyNetSale.com.au is an Australian based company with its headquarters in Sydney."

Are you still a Sole Trader or not?

It has been repeatedly stated by your customers (in Whirlpool threads) that you do not reply to eMails (or take weeks to do so) and that you only reply when they complain in forums.

I went through your site and can not find your ACN/ABN displayed anywhere. No 'phone number or address either.

      • Yep I could not find the ABN as well… If this person claims he/she is running business from Australia.. I guess he/she is evading tax!!! Someone needs to report them!

  • Hi A3 Australia and abdalian,

    Thank you for your enquiries.

Abdalian could you please supply us with your unique order reference number so that a member of our customer service team may assist you?

Our ABN is listed publicly on the Australian Government ABN Lookup site, and can be found by searching the name Mynetsale.
Our ACN is also listed there too.

Also, you are referring to PAOLI PIERRE AXEL, one of the cofounder of MYNETSALE. He secured the domain name before having started the company, which is why it appears as 'Sole Trader' in whois now.

We have offices here in Australia and in Europe with a dedicated customer service team currently operating 5 days a week to answer all customer enquiries via email and our company is ever expanding (we have only been operating for just over a year!).

We can see that you have visited Whirpool and noticed that we did have some customers express their concern about not receiving a response.
MyNetsale has hundreds of enquiries via email and our customer service centre daily, and our talented customer service team aim to respond to every one within a 24hr period. If a customer cannot get through for some reason or does not receive a response they are also welcome to write us a private facebook message or post somewhere else online. We do our best to pick up on all of these things, but the world wide web is certainly wide! We are working hard all the time to address any contact issues we might have.

This thread was created to cover the WeiWei 15% off discount, so please let us know if you have any queries regarding the issue.

    xx MyNetSale

  • Our ABN is listed publicly on the Australian Government ABN Lookup site, and can be found by searching the name Mynetsale.

So what? It MUST be on your web site, as you are offering items for sale and taking orders.

In any case. The Domain Name: mynetsale.com.au
is registered with the following details:-
    Registrant: PAOLI, PIERRE AXEL
    Registrant ID: ABN 98973612533
    Eligibility Type: Sole Trader

Also, you are referring to PAOLI PIERRE AXEL, one of the cofounder (sic) of MYNETSALE. He secured the domain name before having started the company, which is why it appears as 'Sole Trader' in whois now.

So, you are admitting that your domain name is now registered with false details? And which one of you really founded this business?

"Agy Todt - Founder & Managing Director, www.MyNetSale.com.au"

You claim to be the "Founder & Managing Director". Should this be "co-founder".

We have offices here in Australia and in Europe with a dedicated customer service team currently operating 5 days a week to answer all customer enquiries via email and our company is ever expanding (we have only been operating for just over a year!).

So you say. Any proof of these claims?

We can see that you have visited Whirpool and noticed that we did have some customers express their concern about not receiving a response.

    That's nice.

This thread was created to cover the WeiWei 15% off discount, so please let us know if you have any queries regarding the issue.

How about responding seriously regarding your sales of counterfeit goods.
Even with a 15% discount, counterfeit goods are still CHEAP FAKES that are illegal to sell, and to buy, in Australia.

I have finally decided to vote on this 'deal'.

By the way, this business has an actual physical address listed on the internet. It is:-

18-20 Victoria Street Erskineville Sydney, NSW 2043.

No Suite/Office number, but it is not a 'big' building so I guess they won't be too hard to find. No phone number to be found, sorry.
