Where is the cheapest place to buy Women Perfume

Hi guys,
I am looking to buy a good perfum for my wife as a gift,
Thinking of CH Carolina Herrera.
Where is the cheapest place to buy it from, i dont mind the tester as long as its brand new
I found it in ebay for ~$73 100ml

And is there any recommendation for better perfume ?

    I have read mixed things about fragrancex but I have used them a couple of times and they have always been great for me. The main complaint seems to be that the free shipping can take a while to arrive. my last experience was a couple of bottles of RL Polo After Shave and they arrived in about a week and a half! I cant remember what they cost but they were far and away the cheapest i could find (and I looked far and wide including many overseas online sites).

    Check Priceline too, especially now they have a fragrance sale. One perfume I was after is still over $70 online (Strawberry net, fragrancex) but only $50 from Priceline. More likely to be fresh too I think.
