  you just missed out but i got a PD80-HD tablet

  $188 - $34 = $154

  which isnt $110 i admit but still good for a retina tab

  now the interminable wait… been a week already so i doubt its in the country despite their "AU dispatch" slogan

    The problems on WP make it hard to believe that people still want to buy it. I know you really like your retina screen, but there are other alternatives with less problems. Albeit, bit more expensive.

      i have three tablets and a fleet of notebooks… its a toy nothing less

      like the rest of us we're overflowing with tech and this isnt my first china tab

    If we want an Android tab, wouldn't the Nexus 7" for around $150 at Bing Lee be a better option?

      i personally dont find DX's selection of tablets all that great and they have the worlds worst RMA procedure too

  I used my $17 coupon on a THL W8, which brought it down to $181 USD.

  And even though it was supposed to be an AU direct item, and is in stock, it still hasn't been shipped yet. Been 6 days already.

  Frankly I'm not amused by their incompetence and the only reason I went back shopping was to use up the voucher.

  Some things you might consider are USB powerbanks (and 18650 lithium batteries as well, if you need some for Cree torches — I recommend sku 121444)
  Bike torches (if you go biking) and Cree torches.

  Don't bother with their tablets and phones, since their selection is crap and their prices are usually a bit higher than other sellers. Merimobiles or Etotalk is where you should go to if you want the latest China-phones.

  Even if the Nexus 7 isn't always $150 on a great bargain, I would much rather spend a little extra for one than some chinese rip-off. I know a lot of people on here are quite fond of their china tabs, but really the quality difference is just too high for me (my friend learned the hard way).

  I would suggest buying something you might need, but really they stock so much random crap that it's hard to suggest just one thing ;)
