Private Internet Access on Telstra

I signed up to the recent $32 deal with PIA. I'm getting really bad speeds when connecting through their VPN software. Tried on various laptops/PCs and modems.

Anybody else here using PIA through Telstra? Any settings/gotcha's that I should be aware of?

    Same here.

    I'm on an Optus line and the speeds were crapola. PIA's help desk offered a few suggestions but still no good for me.

    In the end I decided it was taking too long fiddling with settings etc and got a refund.
