  Might just wait for a $199 deal again(for New). However probs will be a small price drop announcement anyways at E3 conference next week.

  With EB you can go to a store and see the stock beforehand however, or return to an outlet. Ordering from the UK takes a bit more blind faith.
  
  They've been $199 new with a game in the past, for the sake of $40 I'd personally do that and you can sell the free game if you want afterwards.
