  Yes I received the $100 bonus, but only after contacting them to enquire on when the bonus would be appearing in my account

    I will be chasing up my $100 bonus too. Please tell us which Paypal e-mail address did you use? Did you use the online e-mail web page and if so, which topic and subtopic?

    Very disappointed that a large corporation like Paypal fails to fulfil its offers.

      I first used the online help page and received a canned response through my email, don't remember what topic/subtopic. Replied to the email they sent with my query, thenthe bonus appeared in my account. Don't know if it was co-incidence or due to the email sent

      I sent an email to [email protected] and was advised that they have escalated the matter and will get back to me ASAP but it's been more than a week already and I still have not heard back.

        I also sent an e-mail to [email protected], received three acknowledgements, then received a telephone call. The operator said I will be paid by 31 August and I explained it should have been paid by 31 May. (Apparently there is another $100 campaign which ran from June.)

        Today, I received the $100 bonus.

        Guess I was lucky and it was sorted out within 2 weeks. Make sure you have put in a telephone contact number in your account. I would try again with an e-mail, or simply call them 1800 073 263 (toll free), 6am to 10pm AEST weekdays, 8am to 7pm weekends. Good luck.

  Yep, I was surprised to discover it came into my account a week or two ago.
  Only made a transfer of $1 from my personal account on the last day too so I'm happy there was no chasing involved.
