Bigpond Shopping closing June 30

Got this email

The only purchase I made from Bigpond shopping was when they gave a $10 voucher for liking their page.

Not sure what the story with Bigpond shopping is. Looks like Shoppersadvantage is the platform and Bigpond has put its branding on it?

dealsdirect is in there somewhere. at least dealsdirect was responding to my online queries when i told them to close my account

I think I used mine to get a free USB drive. Unsustainable business model. Why would you even go there unless it was to spend a free voucher.

On 15 December 2012, I bought a $1200 generator from BigPond shopping that has done less than 30 hours and has now carked it.
I have nowhere to look for a warranty claim.
