Anyone else having issues with Liveconnected? My service was barred last month, new month and still barred. Customer support is taking a week to reply, and i can't click on my services (e.g, click on my number "0412345678" and i get this error - https://www.dropbox.com/s/qsoog602ddvvp65/Capture.JPG

I got that message too after clicking my number on 'my services'. Though my service hasnt been barred.

I haven't been able to log into my account since late last month to check how much I'd used. So it's been down maybe four days now.
I get the same problem.
Asked them about it and I still haven't gotten a response.
I loved them at first and now i think they totally suck. Any phone company without telephone customer service number sucks. I'm gonna switch to TPG.
I am in the same boat, got barred last week for the first time in a year. I thought I would wait until later today to see if it gets fixed by itself otherwise I am going to switch.
I think they just had a system update, now required to reset password, but it keeps saying my account number/ph number is incorrect :(
It has been reported that Vaya has now taken over Live Connected.
Hopefully they fix things up quick!
I had similar thing last week. An email saying my International calls had gone over my allowance and 'some' features were barred. I sent an email and got a response a few days later stating it had been resolved.
My friend has the same issue! Complaint on their facebook page and it got deleted..
