    You need to login to your account then enter the coupon code before you click the Paypal button. Poor site design, not a scam. If you've already paid, reorder correctly then email them to refund the initial order, they are usually very quick

        Who are you talking to? It has payment instructions in the deal in bold. Such information cannot fit in a title. Email them and they will refund the order for the mistake order you made, in the meantime you can reorder correctly.

        You aren't waiting on 'my' live chat as I am not affiliated with the site. You should look for rep postings on deals in future so you don't confuse yourself. I am sorry you missed the site instructions that say you must login to add a coupon code. All the best :)

        OP did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong. It was your mistake and yours alone. Yes the OP should have put the fact that you need to log in in the description, but to have a go at him/her and accuse hamzma of being a rep and a scammer is just W-R-O-N-G. It's this kind of negativity that has been degrading the OzBargain community for a while. Can you not just admit your mistake and apologise and KINDLY request hamza to add that additional information in?

    Please login to enter a coupon code displays. The code works fine for me and others. The site will fix up the refund for you, yes it's poor design but they will fix you up.
