Just logged into my Vaya account and they have great specials on Australian stock handsets. Unfortunately you do have to be a member to take advantage of these, but they're fantastic value. Each handset is the 4G variant (if multiple variants exist).

We cannot choose the colours. I bought S3 and requested to customer care for Blue colour. Despite his assurance, Vaya posted me grey colour. Customer service team in evening told me that the colours are as advertised only.
Poor customer service. They have no idea whether phone is locked and what are charges to unlock it.
hi akd thanks for the feedback. so it seems that you got your s3 the same colour as the pic in the ad. so is your phone locked, have you tried other sim? did you get any warning that it is locked?
Jes, I did not have any other sim to test whether the phone is locked to optus or not.There is Optus bloatware on it. Currently I am using optus prepaid in it. Sorry cannot help you much.
They only have the titanium grey for the Note 2 which sucks

No postage. I ordered S3 on Friday. The package arrived on Monday. But if you are not Vaya member then you can assume $20 as postage for sim.

looks like they sold out of the samsung, just as I was about to buy one.
I had ordered one from my account and one through my girlfriends account. They charged me for both immediately.
However, I have been told that they had run out of stock prior to me ordering the 2nd one. So it seems there may be some people who have ordered over the weekend who have been charged but wont be getting their phones (or get told that this is the case). As well as this you get absolutely no communication from Vaya in the way of order confirmation or even the fact that they have no stock after they've charged you.

My god, just found out today I some how inadvertently ordered a note 2 and they automatically took the money out of my account. It would help if they sent any confirmation emails or invoices like any other online business so I could have cancelled this order. So if anyone in Adelaide wants a note 2, pm me, happy to onsell at the same price (assuming it does come)…..
