    I got the last order with the $20 voucher without a hassle. I forgot to put the free shipping code in and they have refunded the $10 I paid today for the shipping

          As any normal person would see, I live in Northern Victoria, some 3 hours from any snowgum store. I hardly think they would pay enough to travel that far.
          The only thing I have ever purchased from Snowgum since I finished high school 1997 is the coffee cup for abour 60 cents which I got with the $20 coupon from them.

          I would hardly think I am the only person in the country to get the delivery from last time

    I will never shop with these guys again. They misled customers and took money with no intention of honoring orders. I only got my refund when I put in a paypal dispute, never again!

    After a bad experience last time (it took about 3 months and many emails to receive my order), I recommend for Ozbargainers to stay clear.
