Man, it was epic - it was only a 1 time free viewing on the GoT website, encoded in such a way that it could not be downloaded at the time or later on.
Sorry, don't think you'll be able to get it except on itunes

  It was Memorial Day on Sunday in the US and last year Memorial Day had the lowest ratings for GoT so they decided to skip it this year to maintain the high ratings.
