ordered one s3 2 weeks ago, last week was told ship this week. until lunch time didn't get any notice, sent email no reply, gave a call then been told order has been cancelled this morning, and will give refund.after 2 weeks waiting and already ordered case battery etc. can I do something to deal with such a bad behavour?
on their web it still showing in stock, just on different price,cheap price now say no stock, expensive one have stock,and their website say they will charge credit card 24hr before shipping, which is totally bull s##t, they charged when I put the order.they seems borrowing money + playing with u. annoying, where can I do complaint?
Its a HK company, so have fun complaining to an Australian authority.

they have store in NSW, if they try to sell goods in AU how can they ignore local consumer law?
but anyway they ignore GST. funny
You don't pay GST because as meroveus says the stock is drop shipped from Hong Kong.
This is a risk we take for buying imports guijiansh, anyway hope you get refunded soon :)
