Went to Myer to get some new plain black and navy knit v-tops for work. Cheapest was $55 Reserve brand, which are the same as last year and they barely last a winter given the poor quality. Marcs, SportsCraft, Jeff Banks, etc all more expensive ($80-$150).

Given that it's the start of the season, it's probably a bad time to be getting winter wear at a bargain. Try international stores online (ASOS, Urban Outfitters) - may be a bit more stylish than Reserve though.
