The moment the mic comes on and you are talking to a kid XBOX/PS3/PC

I was playing Red Dead Redemption which is supposed to be Ma 15+ and someone asked me to join a party on two separate occasions and when they started talking I heard some little kid talking. Is it just me or do other people find it weird. I just couldn't do any missions without being put off or amused to keep on playing

Is this the reason it took so long for the R classification in this country?

I agree, especially when I'm playing Battlefield. You get immersed in the game and it is strange to have the game character transform from a macho adult complete with colourful language and murderous themes, to a juvenile voiceover who is clearly less than 10 years old. The really annoying thing is the little bastards are really efficient killing machines :)

I can't have the high ground as I played games that were rated well above my age a long time ago when that was possible. The difference is that they were never online, and this is one of the reason I amost never play online games with strangers.

And if I did it with be with voice turned OFF.

That's what mute function is for :)

  • I just assume it's a retarded girl.
