I made an order as hundreds or ozbargain have done today , for the skull candy head sets through The HUT , I COMPLETED my order as soon as it was posted. Now I got a mail from HUT saying they have cancelled the order because it's pricing error . Is it only me or more to follow ? What can be done ?
I understand mistakes happen . But don't understand why they let all of them to sell and then after 6 hrs , send a mail. That's frustrating but that's life. Maybe will avoid them in future.
What confuses me is that I purchased both griffin and wade ones in separate transactions. The griffin ones appear to be ok, but the wade ones got cancelled. If you guys had your griffin ones cancelled, shouldn't they all be cancelled?
i ordered both d-wade and griffin ones - both orders got cancelled.
Its weird they call it a pricing error since they reduced the d-wade price to the same price as the griffin head sets when it sold out…

nothing you can do, they have not taken any money from you anyway.
What can be done? I think you know the answer to that.
My order also got cancelled, they offered me a %10-off voucher for my troubles. Sure your pissed, but mistakes happen in online retail.
