Listening to some late night radio last night, and heard an add about a Vodafone class action in regards to their crappy network.

I don't have my heart set on getting anything from Voda, but i have FOMO incase there's some sort of win.

No, if people have a direct concern with Vodafone they could have taken it up with them directly.
Most people I know who went to Vodafone directly was able to get out of their contracts or had decent compensation.
We don't want to be a litigious society like the US where people are afraid to take risks.
If Vodafone go down we are left with Telstra and Optus. Competition in the mobile sector is already stagnating with Telstra picking up everyone and charging what they like.
You will be much worse in the long run.
