Aliexpress - automatic double orders?

Any one bought something off aliexpress and then received a request for another payment?

I've recently bought 2 things off aliexpress (not socks).

first thing I bought and paid for it immediately.

The next day I received an email saying I hadn't paid and I thought "that's weird" but it was late at night when I ordered so I logged onto aliexpress and paid (it was a small item). it was only then that I noticed that it was a payment request for what appeared to be the same item same seller but different order number.

So now I had 2 orders for the same 2 items. anyway, emailed the seller and said I had stuffed up and then waited 24 hours for the cancel order button to appear and order was cancelled.

no problem.

yesterday I bought something else off aliexpress, paid for it and then this morning received an email saying that I had to make payment. logged on and saw I had already paid for 1 item/order but there was another pending. this time I ignored it.

Don't know why I'm having these double orders.

just thought I'd put it out there in case anyone else makes the same mistake i did.
